Just keep in mind, that you may NOT sell, alter or claim any digital design as your own. Please read our Terms of Use HERE. 

No. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any physical or digital products. Please see our Return Policy Here. 

We use USPS Priority Mail for all of our laser ready wood blanks & laser plywood orders. We will often run FREE SHIPPING promotions to move material in order to get ready for new laser materials!

You are absolutely welcome to:

  • Create handmade, physical products using our designs/downloads/files for resale
  • Designs must be engraved, cut or applied to the physical surface of your handmade item, in its original form – you cannot resell the digital versions, alter the design or take it apart. Please Contact Us for specific use information – we are always happy to assist you.
  • Use our designs in tutorials & online classes with written permission & proper credit. Please Contact Us for more information.

All of our laser cut files include SVG an d DXF formats.

Your order should ship within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email to track your order after it is placed. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. 

Our laser cut files and designs work with any program capable of reading SVGs (scaleable vector graphics.)

This includes most laser engravers & cutters including the Aeon Mira 9 (which is what we use to test our laser designs & create tutorials.) 

Before purchasing our laser cut files, make sure your laser or die cutting machine can utilize SVG or DXF formats. Most of our designs include these files.

Yes, as long as your laser software is able to read SVG or DXF formats, you should be able to use our files. We test our designs using Lightburn & the Aeon Mira 9.
